KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND DESIGN & IDENTITY
• Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all digital and print platforms.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT DESIGN

CAMPAIGNS & EDITORIAL

ORDER MANAGEMENT

4. BOOKKEEPER & PAYROLL MANAGER

The Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager at Tasha Godwin is the brand’s financial compass,ensuring that every penny is accounted for, every team member is paid on time, and every figure tells the truth. You’ll take ownership of bookkeeping, payroll, and financial admin, building processes that grow with the brand and reflect our commitment to excellence and integrity.
This is not just a back-office numbers role. You’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day rhythm of a fashion brand in motion, handling everything from supplier invoices and HMRC submissions to payroll runs and monthly reporting. You’re the kind of person who enjoys reconciling a bank statement as much as helping the founder understand financial performance in plain terms. You bring calm, accuracy, and structure , and you care just as much about people as you do about balance sheets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BOOKKEEPING & FINANCIAL RECORDS
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements weekly and ensure alignment across all accounts.
• Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and card reconciliation.
• Track pre-orders, deposits, and staggered payments from stockists or partners.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
• Run monthly payroll for all staff and freelancers, including HMRC reporting.

You will be responsible for everything from recruitment, onboarding, and training, to policy development, compliance, performance management, and conflict resolution.
