Solara Pleated Maxi Dress – Structured Bodice & Tiered Gown – Orange

The dress is lovely, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was awful.

I ordered two dresses in the same design and colour but in different sizes because I was unsure which size would fit me best. I kept the one that fit perfectly and returned the other. Instead of a straightforward return, I was accused of wearing the dress, tampering with the tags and reattaching the label before sending it back. Being accused of something like that when I had simply returned the dress that did not fit was extremely upsetting and honestly traumatising.

It is such a shame because the dress itself is beautiful, but the way I was treated completely ruined the experience for me. If you value a stress-free shopping experience and want to avoid potential issues with refunds or returns, I would honestly recommend admiring their clothes from a distance rather than ordering.

I will definitely not be ordering from them again. A beautiful dress is not worth the stress of being treated this way as a customer.
